Hair

Conditioner-Only Method (CO Wash)
Many benefits often experienced:
Less or no gray or white hairs
Promotes hair growth
Improves condition of hair
For many it saves money

Detailed Method: Find a conditioner with a thin consistency (preferably without cones in it-basically any ingredient with that word in it). Many like the cheap ones like Suave, White Rain or V05. Wet your hair, adding a large amount of the conditioner on it. You can dilute conditioner with water if you choose. Spend as long as you can massaging it into your scalp. Once all your hair is well coated in the conditioner, leave it on for as long as you can (the longer the better). Usually anywhere from 2-5 minutes is good. 30 minutes, even better. Rinse well. You don’t have to do this daily-2-3x wk, other days you can just do it quickly or water rinse well. It’s better not to wash scalp daily.

Quick Method: Put a large amount of conditioner in your hair, scrub your scalp some, leave it in a minute or two (the longer the better) & rinse.

Quicker Method: Apply conditioner outside of shower on dry or water-sprayed hair. Leave on as short or as long as you want (the longer the better). Rinse off in shower or sink.

Facial Washing

The Oil Cleansing Method

This method is especially beneficial for breakouts.

Mix up a blend of extra virgin olive oil and castor oil or any other natural, unprocessed oils that you prefer. Massage a small amount of the oils gently into all areas of your face for a few minutes. This allows the oils to penetrate into the skin and pull out wastes, bacteria, dead cells and other dirt. Wring out a facecloth or washcloth in hot water, and drape it over your face to steam. After a minute or so, wipe away the oil, along with any dirt, using the washcloth. Your skin should feel clean, soft, and moist with just a little of the OCM oil remaining on your face. If skin feels dry and tight, you can moisturize it using just a touch of the olive oil/castor oil blend. You may want to experiment with different oils to find out which work best for your skin type. Jojoba and coconut are two of the most popular. You can also try out different variations of this cleanse such as using a face brush and wiping off oil with cotton pads, especially if you wear makeup.
